History:	Downloaded by Royce Jones from www.geographynetwork.com.  Royce then processed them 
		into coverages using ArcInfo, merged into a single statewide coverage, and re-projected 
		from decimal degrees into NAD83 UTM Zone 4 meters.  Converted to shape file and given to 
		OP in August, 2003.

		Converted to coverage format, November, 2003.
