Each child care licensing record contains childcare provider information (including abuse and neglect complaints and how they were resolved); staff listing; record of staff medical exams, immunizations, and employment history; and all building, fire code, food and sanitation inspections.

State felony and misdemeanor criminal conviction records
What is needed: Name, birth date, and social security number of individual being researched.

Police reports with the names and addresses of everyone involved and a brief collision description and diagram. For accidents that prompt a criminal investigation, face page of that report will also be provided.
