Airport Lessee Revenue Audits

The public may inspect and copy Revenue Audit Reports prepared by or submitted to the DOT which
relate to persons either issued a permit to conduct commercial activities at State airports or who
engage in such activities under lease agreements with the Department of Transportation (DOT). These
records are not protected by the UIPA exception for "confidential commercial and financial
information."
