The purpose of the Arts Education Program is to advance the goal of ensuring that the arts are integral to the education of every student in Hawai‘i.  The HSFCA Strategic Plan Priority #4 is: “To increase opportunities for arts education and experiences, especially for pre-K-12 grade level students.”
